Managing clients in SuiteCS is simple. SuiteCS SmallBusiness edition also integrates with Quickbooks for client management, allowing you to enter all your information just once, from inside of SuiteCS.
Every day we work on tickets, so tickets are by default the first thing you see when you log into SuiteCS. SuiteCS is smart enough to only show you the tickets you are working on. Moving tickets thru a normal work flow is simple and reduces human errors.
Remembering details about devices is the job of SuiteCS, not you. Need to store machine specifics, usernames, passwords, serial numbers? Managing Devices in SuiteCS is focused on just that.
